  • How long will it take before I see results?

    Towards the end of the second week you should be thinner and becoming a better fat burner.

  • Do I have to count calories on this program?

    No, you don't have to count calories or calculate macros. One of the great benefits of intermittent fasting is you automatically eat fewer calories without even trying. I do want you to keep an eye on how many carbs you're consuming and make sure you get an adequate amount of protein. It's a simple process to follow and explained in detail in the course.

  • I tried fasting in the past and I felt very hungry. Will I be starving on this program?

    This program eases you into fasting. For example, the first few days you will only be doing a 12 hour fast with very little change in your diet. This is not an aggressive fasting course. Combining low carb eating with fasting produces incredible results without starving yourself. I have found that as the course gets a little bit more challenging towards the end of the second week some people experience some hunger which should quickly pass in a few days.

  • Will I be eating any carbohydrates on this program?

    Yes, this is not a strict ketogenic diet. You will be eating high fiber carbs like vegetable plants and low sugar fruits. It's a whole food natural diet, high in healthy fats, low in sugary carbs with an adequate amount of quality protein. It's incredibly healthy for you.

  • How much weight can I expect to lose at the end of 4-weeks?

    Everyone's results will be different but a lot of it has to do with where you are when you start the program. What matters is how overweight you are and what type of diet were you eating before you began. I have found that if you're under 150 pounds you can expect to lose anywhere between 7 to 10 pounds. If you're over 200 pounds I've seen people lose close to 20 pounds. This course is a never-ending process. It's not over after 4-weeks. There's a bonus section in week 5 of the course that will teach you how to keep the weight loss going indefinitely until you reach your weight loss goals.
